Family tariff 2013

The Heselwood Suite, overlooking the Cuckmere Valley with six foot double bed, en suite, bath and shower and sitting room @£145.  At night the interconnecting doors to the sitting room with sofa can be closed and there is plenty of space for up to three extra beds or travel cots. You can enjoy watching the sun rise over The South Downs from the bedroom.

The Cuckmere Room, a spacious room overlooking the Cuckmere Valley with twin  or six foot double bedded, en suite, bath and shower @ £110 you can also enjoy watching the sunrise over The South Downs. The room is next door to the Heselwood and is large enough to accommodate two extra beds or travel cots.

The Rathfinny Room with five foot double bed, en suite and shower @ £90 overlooking our garden and fields. There is space for a travel cot.

The Garden Room, on our ground floor, double bedded with en suite, shower @ £90 and French windows leading to our garden. There is also space for a travel cot.

The Litlington Room is on the top of floor of our house with en suite and private shower either triple bedded or six foot double bedded and single bed @ £110 it overlooks The Cuckmere Valley. There is adequate space for an extra bed or travel cot.

Next door to The Litlington there is also a small attic double room available only with The Litlington £40BB for single £50BB for double occupancy. 

Your room rate is per night and includes breakfast.

For families with children under 15yrs old we charge £15BB for extra beds for adults extra beds £25 BB, there is no charge for cots.

We offer a babysitting service at an additional charge of £9 per hour, should you require this service please arrange before your arrival.

For High tea there is a microwave for our guests in the  dining area  and a refrigerator in guest lounge for storage of food and drinks. We shall be pleased to provide crockery, cutlery and glassware if you wish to dine in house.
